Willow Tree Estate boasts twelve generous well-appointed bedrooms with eleven bathrooms. The accommodation consists of six spacious bedrooms on the first floor each having a luxurious king bed plus a king single bed all with oversized en-suites. Private balconies from each of the first floor bedrooms open onto sweeping views of the estate and surrounding vineyards, olive grove and swimming pool. All of the king beds on the first floor can be split to accommodate two king singles if required.
The ground floor has two charming bedrooms with a huge bathroom. One room has a queen bed and the other a king bed which can also be split as well as a king single.
The Pool Suite is an oversized bedroom/family suite and consists of two king beds which can be split into two king single beds each.
The Terrace has two large bedrooms with their own en suites. One bedroom (Meadow) has a king bed which can be split. It also has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and facilities and the other a queen and a single bed. There is also a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed, coffee table, lamps and TV.
All of the bedrooms on the first floor, the Pool Suite and the Terrace have their own bar fridge complete with tea and coffee making facilities and each bedroom also has its own iron and ironing board.
The property has reverse cycle air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in every bedroom.
SUMMER HOUSE: Willow Tree Estate also has the Summer House. The Summer House (Honeymoon Suite) is self-contained and is peacefully metres away from the main guest accommodation to ensure utmost privacy. This consists of a king bed which can be split, a sitting room with TV, a stunning crystal chandelier, a queen sofa bed and a luxurious en suite with spa. It can be both a private escape from the main house as well as being a cosy romantic space. The Summer House also has reverse cycle air-conditioning and a kitchen. The kitchen in the Summer House has a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge for your convenience. Tea, coffee pods and sugar as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
All bedrooms have luxurious commercial quality Sealy beds and mattresses. All of the king beds can be split into two king singles if required. All beds are made with 100% crisp cotton commercially laundered linen. We have a firm and a soft pillow selection for each bed as well as quality doonas and blankets.
BATHROOMS: We provide hairdryers in all bathrooms plus toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Freshly laundered towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are supplied.
FORMAL LOUNGE: As you step through the front door, you will be welcomed by the beautiful formal lounge room. This consists of designer sofas and luxurious feather filled cushions. A large selection of books for the avid reader and a piano for those that can play while you sit around the fireplace with your glass of wine.
FAMILY ROOM: Comfy sofas, beautiful décor, TV (with Foxtel). Put your feet up and relax.
BEAN BAG CINEMA ROOM: Willow Tree also boasts a quirky cinema room with a DVD player, huge wall mounted TV and an overflowing assortment of your favourite DVD’s and filled with luxurious designer bean bags. Velvet curtains with full block out make you feel like you are at the cinema.
GAMES ROOM: TV (with Foxtel), Pool table, a large assortment of books and toys. The games room opens directly onto the large outdoor entertaining deck. Off the games room there is separate men’s and women’s toilets as well as a wheelchair accessible toilet all with their own vanities.
DINING ROOM: The dining room has two large unique timber custom made dining tables and can seat twenty-eight people. Placemats and coasters are provided.
There is reverse cycle air-conditioning and fans in the lounge/dining room, games room and the bean bag cinema room.
KITCHEN: Willow Tree has an oversized full stainless steel commercial kitchen suitable for large groups or event catering with a designer servery opening onto the large outdoor entertaining deck which has panoramic views across to the Broken Back Range.
The kitchen at Willow Tree has restaurant quality stainless steel commercial grade refrigerators and freezer. The double door fridge offers 1200 litres of storage space, in a Gastronorm compatible size, this large commercial fridge is perfect for storing large amounts of food in a commercial setting. The 440 litre freezer has more than enough space and storage flexibility for professional kitchens. The kitchen also has an enormous glass fronted drinks fridge to keep your champagne cold. The kitchen in the property has one large commercial gas oven with gas cooktop as well as a second large domestic gas cooktop with an electric oven, microwave, commercial dishwasher, two Nespresso coffee machines and two toasters. There is a large Zip instantaneous boiling water unit for your tea and coffee. For your convenience, we have lots of bakeware, designer Jamie Oliver pots and saucepans, a selection of crockery and trays (china and plastic) and enough glassware and cutlery for up to 45 guests. We provide a selection of Nespresso pods plus tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. We also provide cling wrap, foil, baking paper and napkins for your stay. Being a commercial kitchen, we also have a separate hand washing basin.
There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the kitchen.
LAUNDRY: The laundry is situated off the games room and has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also supply washing powder for your entire stay. Two highchairs are also located in the laundry for your convenience as well as a broom, mop/bucket and vacuum cleaner.
OUTDOORS: Off the lounge/dining area you will find the bocce court and the large sparkling swimming pool with entertaining deck and sun lounges overlooking the olive grove. Pool towels are supplied.
At the front of the property, the enormous entertaining deck under a waterproof sail and two BBQ’s (one flat, one hooded) overlooks the magnificent gardens, vineyards and the dam. The large outdoor entertainment area consists of 4 large stone dining tables with French café chairs and seats 32 people in total. More tables and chairs are available upon request.
