“Recently had my wedding at Willow Tree Estate. I am not sure I can put into words how special it was! The accommodation, the decor and the grounds are so so beautiful. The team behind it, Natalie, James and Ailish were so wonderful (and so patient with me and all my questions!) I am so so grateful to them for everything they done for us to make our wedding day so special. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was! It was so perfect for our wedding as we could accommodate so many people at the venue. Everyone loved it! “Willow Tree has everything and more that you need on holiday. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. So much room for everyone, and the view was amazing. Every one of our guests were blown away with the place. Photos don’t do it justice! James and Natalie were such a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to help us get settled into the place, even meeting Coles online delivery and putting away our food items in the fridge etc ready for our arrival. I felt like I had known them a lifetime before my arrival. Willow Tree gave us all a home away from home for 4 days to celebrate my husbands 40th. No one wanted to leave. What a home! From the location to the finer details of the house, this house is amazing. It easily accommodated 17 of us with so much room. We had the best time at Willow Tree Estate. This place has definitely set the standards - I don't think I will stay anywhere else when I go to Hunter Valley! The layout of the house is perfect, enough privacy when needed yet a beautiful gathering with the family. I could not fault this house one bit. My whole family absolutely loved it. The venue was perfect for our small corporate conference 12 people over 4 days. The ambiance created by the large living, dining, games room, industrial chefs kitchen and outdoor areas was the perfect blend for a relaxed working environment. This is a beautifully maintained property which is definitely geared up for corporate functions/team building/sales conferences, with loads of space for breakout areas. Catering was brought in for most meals by Motty's Farm Cuisine which proved to be a hit, even hired a local Newcastle band for entertainment one evening. This property is the perfect place for larger gatherings and special celebrations. We booked WillowTrees Estate for a long week end to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with family and friends. Great venue with ensuite bathrooms for each room (so you don’t have to share)! Beautifully decorated, with all amenities in a gorgeous setting and semi commercial kitchen which is great for the larger numbers and when you organise a chef to come in to cook. Willow Tree Estate very efficient and easy to deal with. Reliable!

We have just returned from a weekend at Willow Tree as a group of work colleagues, and had the most amazing time. The property was perfect for us, gave us plenty of space, and different places & ways to interact as a group. We were absolutely blown away by the house! It was exactly as pictured and if anything, even better! The house was decorated really well and the facilities were amazing! The house was extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 27 adults. We were so happy with Willow Tree Estate and I cannot wait to come back again and recommend the property to all of my friends. Just spent the best weekend here with 20 family and friends for my 60th birthday. No request was too hard to do for the owners James and Nat. As for the house itself it is fantastic. If you want to do the cooking yourself the kitchen is magnificent. Games room and huge lounge/dining was where we spent most time but if you wanted a bit of a break from the action you could go to the sitting room with gas fire to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

My partner and myself along with 18 other friends just had one of the most amazing weekends at WillowTree Estate.
There was so much room, everything was perfectly set up. The pool was amazing and the views spectacular.
I highly recommend staying here. It has everything you need and more.

Willow Tree Estate was fantastic. A luxury property which was excellent for our large group of 12 adults and 13 children. Plenty of space outside for the children to run and play including a good sized pool. Plus for quiet afternoons the bean bag movie theatre provided great entertainment. Plenty of space for a large group to eat either indoors or outdoors.

Fantastic house in the Hunter Valley. We booked the property for a work event and everyone was blown away with the property. The kitchen was great and allowed us to easily cook for 14 people, the common areas were spacious enough and no one wanted to leave! We'll be back.

What can I say! We’ve just returned after a glorious weekend spent at Willow Tree Estate. As a group of 18, the home well and truly catered for all our needs, plus more. Picture perfect location, well appointed decor, and amazing space and inclusions. The home kept delivering as we continued to discover all it had to offer. Most rooms are incredibly spacious, with ensuites and more. Leisure space is in abundance with a games room, theatre room, large entertaining lounge room and there’s even a separate beautifully appointed sitting room with a fireplace and piano. Just magic! Thank you Willow Tree and in particular Natalie for making dreams come true and helping us create incredible memories as an extended family as we celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I cannot thank you enough!

We used this venue for a 3 day work conference and loved it. The lounge area made for a perfect relaxed setting during the day using the TV for presentations. Catering was brought in for most meals by Motty's Farm Cuisine which was loved by everyone. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!

We spent the weekend at Willow Tree Estate for my mums wedding. Perfect venue for private weddings and PLENTY of room for guests. Beautifully presented, clean and spacious. Lots of multipurpose rooms and great facilities / set up for caterers. On top of that is the stunning views from every room in the house. Highly recommend.

We had three glorious days at the Estate which we used as a Stoic Philosophy Retreat for our friends. It was perfect surrounding for the event which we started at 7am in the Gazebo for meditation and contemplation (with the Kangaroos). The house was spacious and perfect for us to have several small discussion groups running at the same time. We all came away feeling rejuvenated. The bedrooms were fantastic and provided a very sumptuous end to each day.
Melissa from Motty's was excellent for the catering which suited the surroundings. We would recommend her for any future events.We may well be back again and I will certainly recommend Willow Tree for a stay in the Hunter Valley.
