Willow Tree Estate has eight individually appointed guest rooms, a sunny dining room, a guest lounge with cosy fireplace and a wrap around verandah for relaxing with your end of day glass of wine and cheese plate. Visit the local wineries, restaurants, cheese shops and galleries, all within a short drive.
Rates per night for 2 people from 1 January 2013
Rates include full continental breakfast.
Hot Breakfast menu available in-house.
Extra adult : $60/night Extra child : 2 - 12 $30/night

Payment Policy : Full payment is required on accommodation bookings.
Week End Tariff applies to long weekends and public holidays.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of
AUD 20 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of
arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If
cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the
reservation will be charged.
Terms and Conditions:
1. You, the guest, agree to pay us, the operator, the accommodation rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges, until the time of your agreed departure from Willow Tree Estate.
2. You agree that any additional charges for services not billed to you at the time of your check-out may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure, or the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
3. Departure after 10:30am may incur an additional charge. Requests for late check-outs must be arranged in agreement with the property owner prior to arrival and subject to availability.
4. You agree to contact the owner prior to your arrival if there are any changes to the number of persons staying at Willow Tree Estate not included in the number registered on booking. Any extra persons are $60.00/person/night and strictly subject to availability in the room you are staying.
5. You agree to pay for any damage to the accommodation internal and external and/or any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, carpets, keys, fixtures and all fittings in the accommodation and any cleaning in the room. Fair wear and tear excluded.
6. Keys to your accommodation are to be returned to reception office upon departure. A non refundable replacement fee of $50.00 may be charged to the guest account should they not be returned.
7. Willow Tree Estate shall not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for the loss, theft or damage of personal property on, or brought onto the property or in the immediate vicinity of any of the accommodation.
8. Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the registered guests hereby agree to be liable for the appropriate tariff under the current schedule of rates.
9. The facilities at Willow Tree Estate are for guests ONLY - under no circumstances are any other people allowed in the accommodation unless prior approval from the owner is obtained. Any people found in breach of this will be asked to leave.
10. Willow Tree Estate has a non smoking policy inside all accommodation facilities. If smoking on any balconies the glass sliding doors must be closed at all times. A fee of $200.00 will be charged for cleaning any rooms smelling of smoke.
11. All deals under our Specials are for the rack rate price as advertised above. 3rd night free deals takes the rate of the cheapest night's accommodation off the total charge.
12. The rooms are to be left clean and tidy on departure, any excessive cleaning will incur a cleaning free of $100.00.
