Accommodation

Willow Tree Estate provides accommodation for 16 people on a twin-share basis and two rooms comfortably sleep three people, making a total of 18 guests. The eight guest rooms are very spacious and feature large ensuites, three with their own 2-person Spas. The separate garden Summerhouse is ideal for the bride and groom offering comfort, privacy and seclusion. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and have either king-size or queen-size beds. All have tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerators, irons/boards and hairdryers so that your guests are very well looked after!

Reception Facilities

The indoor Dining Room is a large sunny room that has extensive windows looking onto the garden and seats up to 80 people. The Dining Room has been designed so that you have many options in creating the design and decoration for your reception.

The outdoor shaded deck is lovely for pre-dinner drinks and canapes. There are fantastic views from the deck out to the vineyards and the mountains. The guest lounge is available for weddings. This is a very spacious room furnished with large lounges and comfortable chairs. It is cool and relaxing in the summer months and warm and inviting in winter.

The guest sitting room links the dining room and the deck. Outdoor Facilities The outdoor facilities at Willow Tree Estate consist of extensive gardens, including an olive grove, lake and swimming pool.   Catering A full range of catering options are available including: Pre-Function Canapés. Formal sit-down 3 Course Lunch or Dinner. Buffet. Cocktail Menu.

Willow Tree Estate is a BYO reception venue for alcohol only. There is a corkage charge of $5/head. All soft drinks and juices must be purchased from Willow Tree Estate at $3 per small bottle/can. 

Your final catering charge will cover food, cutlery, crockery, glassware, tablecloths and napkins. Tables and chairs for up to 80 guests are also included.

Wedding Arrangements

We can supply a list of our preferred suppliers. These include -

• Wedding Cars.

Because it is your special day it is very important that you are totally happy with your choice of venue. Please make an appointment to visit us and look over the the estate. We are happy to discuss with you any particular requirements that you may have.

Venue Packages

WEEKEND WEDDING SATURDAY NIGHT - $3400.00*

One night's accommodation on a Saturday night for up to 18 guests at Willow Tree Estate, including a full continental breakfast and the use of the house, garden and reception facilities for up to 80 wedding guests.  Early check-in at 12 noon and check-out at 10:30am. 

WEEKEND WEDDING FRIDAY OR SUNDAY NIGHT - $3000.00

One nights accommodation on a Friday or Sunday night for up to 18 guests at Willow Tree Estate including a full continental breakfast and the use of the house, gardens and reception facilities for up to 80 guests.  Early check-in at 12 noon and check-out at 10:30am. 

MIDWEEK DELUXE WEDDING - $2500.00*

One nights accommodation for up to 18 guests staying at Willow Tree Estate including a full continental breakfast and use of the house, gardens and reception facilities for up to 80 guests. Available Monday to Thursday.

Two-night accommodation packages available on request.

CHILDREN

Willow Tree Estate has a cot and high chair available at no charge. You will need to make your own arrangements for baby baths. 

RECEPTION FACILITIES - $850.00

For those not requiring accommodation Willow Tree Estate offers reception facilities. This option is available for lunch only with the function to be completed by 5pm. The price also includes use of the grounds for your ceremony if required. Catering and other charges are not included. This option is available year-round mid-week and on weekends.

GARDEN CEREMONY- $350.00

For those who do not require accommodation and function facilities Willow Tree Estate offers the use of the gardens including the ceremony area for your wedding and photographs.   The ceremony and photos need to be completed by 5pm. The fee does not cover the Marriage Celebrant. This option is available year-round mid-week and  on weekends during the months of June to August inclusive.

Additional Information

One of the great advantages of having your Reception at Willow Tree Estate is that you have exclusive use of the venue. We do, however, require that music is stopped by 11.00 pm and guests not staying on the premises are required to leave no later than 11:30pm.

Decorations

Willow Tree Estate includes white damask tablecloths and napkins in the package. A wide range of table and room decorations are available from Event Professionals and we would be happy to make recommendations and advise you regarding packages that we have.

Payment Policy

Once you have decided on the date for your event Willow Tree Estate requires a 25% booking deposit on the venue package. An additional 25% is required six months prior to the event with the balance of 50% payable one month before the event. Catering and other charges are payable on check out.


Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled more than 12 months from the function date a 10% cancellation fee applies.
• If cancelled more than six months and less than 12 months from the function date a 25% cancellation fee applies.
• If cancelled less than six months from the function date a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Property Damage and Breakages

Any cost of repairs for damage to property or the cost of replacement for glassware and crockery will be added to the final bill.
