Hunter Valley Accommodation

Willow Tree Estate provides accommodation in the Hunter Valley for up to 20 people on a double/twin-share basis. The eight guest rooms are very spacious and feature large ensuites, three with their own 2-person Spas. The separate garden Summerhouse is ideal for the bride and groom offering comfort, privacy and seclusion. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and have either king-size or queen-size beds. All have tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerators, irons/boards and hairdryers so that your guests are very well looked after!

Reception Facilities (Hunter Valley)

The indoor function room is large and sunny and has extensive windows overlooking the delightful rose gardens. This room seats up to 80 people and has an excellent layout, so you have many options in creating the design and decoration for your reception.

The outdoor shaded verandah is perfect for pre-lunch or pre-dinner drinks and canapes, followed by either a cocktail or sit-down reception, weather permitting. There are fantastic views from the deck out to the vineyards and the mountains. The guest lounge is available for weddings. This is a very spacious room furnished with large lounges and comfortable chairs. The guest lounge links the dining room and the verandah.

Outdoor Facilities

The outdoor facilities at Willow Tree Estate consist of extensive gardens, including an olive grove, lake and swimming pool.

Catering

A full range of catering options are available including:

Pre-Function Canapés.
Formal sit-down 3 Course Lunch or Dinner.
Buffet.
Cocktail Menu.

Because it is your special day it is very important that you are totally happy with your choice of venue. Please make an appointment to visit us and look over the the estate. We are happy to discuss with you any particular requirements that you may have.

2 NIGHT WEEKEND WEDDING FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT

Two nights accommodation on a Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday night for up to 20 guests at Willow Tree Estate including a full continental breakfast each morning and the use of the house, gardens and reception facilities for up to 80 wedding guests for a sit-down and 100 for a cocktail. Early check-in at 12 noon, subject to availability and check-out at 10:30am.

1 NIGHT MIDWEEK DELUXE WEDDING SUNDAY TO THURSDAY

One nights accommodation for up to 20 guests staying at Willow Tree Estate including a full continental breakfast and use of the house, gardens and reception facilities for up to 80 wedding guests for a sit-down and 100 for a cocktail. Early check-in at 12 noon, subject to availability and check-out at 10:30am.

2 NIGHT MIDWEEK DELUXE WEDDING SUNDAY TO THURSDAY

2 nights accommodation for up to 20 guests staying at Willow Tree Estate including a full continental breakfast each morning and use of the house, gardens and reception facilities for up to 80 wedding guests for a sit-down and 100 for a cocktail. Early check-in at 12 noon, subject to availability and check-out at 10:30am.

CHILDREN

Willow Tree Estate has a cot and high chair available at no charge. You will need to make your own arrangements for baby baths.

RECEPTION FACILITIES

For those not requiring accommodation Willow Tree Estate offers reception facilities. This option is available for lunch only with the function to be completed by 5pm. The price also includes use of the grounds for your ceremony. Catering and other charges are not included. This option is available year-round mid-week and on weekends. Bookings for Lunch time weddings are taken at the discretion of Willow Tree Estate.

GARDEN CEREMONY

For those who do not require accommodation and function facilities Willow Tree Estate offers the use of the gardens including the ceremony area for your wedding and photographs. The ceremony and photos need to be completed by 5pm. The fee does not cover the Marriage Celebrant. Bookings for ceremony only weddings are taken at the discretion of Willow Tree Estate. There is a maximum of 80 people for a garden ceremony. The Guesthouse is not available for use during a garden ceremony, please ensure you have a wet weather backup option.

Additional Information

One of the great advantages of having your Reception at Willow Tree Estate is that you have exclusive use of the venue. The duration of our functions is 5 hours, which begins when canapes and drinks start. To extend a function's duration by 1 hour, or part thereof, is by prior arrangement only. Music is to be stopped by 10:30pm and guests not staying on the premises must leave within 15 minutes of function end or extended rates will apply.

Decorations

Willow Tree Estate includes white damask tablecloths and napkins in the package. We supply chair covers at a hire rate of $3.50/chair including white organza sashes. Table skirting for the bridal table is $25 hire.

Payment Policy

Once you have decided on the date for your event Willow Tree Estate requires a 50% booking deposit on the venue package. The 50% venue package balance plus all catering and other charges are payable 1 Month prior to your wedding.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled more than six months and less than 12 months from the function date a 25% cancellation fee applies.
If cancelled less than six months from the function date a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Property Damage and Breakages

A bond of $500 is required 1 month prior to your wedding. After checkout and at the discretion of Willow Tree Estate the full bond will be refunded, subject to any damages incurred as a result of your event. Any cost of repairs for damage to property or the cost of replacement for glassware and crockery will be deducted from the bond.
