Antipasto Platter w/ Cured Meats, Marinated Cheese, Roasted Vegetables, Sun-dried tomatoes, Marinated Artichokes and Olives all served with Sliced Crusty Bread Sticks - $90 per Platter

Cheese Platter w/ a selection of fine Australian Cheeses and a variety of crackers - $90 per platter

Mezze Platter w/ variety of dips, fresh vegetable batons, olives, dolmades, falafels, marinated feta, and Turkish and flat breads - $70 per platter

Ribbon Sandwich Platter w/ either a spiced Ham and Chicken Ribbon or a Smoked Salmon and Egg Ribbon -  $60 per platter

Fresh Fruit Platter w/ a variety of seasonal fruits - $80 (Large) per platter
