The following is our current Buffet menu for Weddings and Functions. Once you have reviewed the options please let us know your choices as we require two weeks notice prior to your event.

Buffet is $45 per head.

• Traditional Glazed Smoked Ham.
• Butterflied Greek Lamb marinated in Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary.
• Chicken Cacciatore.
• Roast Chicken Breast served with either Spiced Peach Sauce or Mango and Lime Sauce.
• Roasted Sirloin of Beef served with either Green Peppercorn Sauce or Caramelised Onion Jam.
• Pork Backstrap served with either Mirabelle Plum Sauce or Apple and Brandy Sauce.

• Baby wild Rocquette w/shaved Pear and Parmesan.
• Caesar Salad w/ Tangy Dressing, Croutons, Bacon and Parmesan.
• Traditional Greek Salad mixed through baby Mesclun leaves.
• Baby Spinach, Avocado and Semi Dried Tomato.
• Crunchy Waldorf Salad of Apple, Celery and Walnuts.
• Layered slices of Tomato, Baby Mozzarella and Basil.
