Willow Tree Estate is the perfect venue for your next wedding, milestone anniversary or birthday, a family or friends reunion or even your next Christmas party. It is also perfect for corporate events. The property is stunning with beautiful gardens and magnificent views.
Willow Tree Estate can accommodate up to 40 guests in 10 to 12 large bedrooms, most having their own en-suites and private balconies. Featuring a rotunda, a stunning ceremony garden and a large open grassed area surrounded by established trees and a large dam, this venue is a lovely intimate spot for your wedding ceremony and a perfect setting for your special photos. Finally, the “Summer House” or Honeymoon Suite, is tucked away to the rear of the property and has complete privacy for the special couple.
If your celebration event does not exceed 40 guests in total (staying or day guests at the property), you are welcome to make your own arrangements and use your own suppliers.
Please note that the maximum number of guests for a self-managed event must not exceed 40 guests. All details of any outside services that will be accessing the property will need to be communicated to us in writing with all relevant insurances supplied.
If the numbers for your event exceed 40 guests (staying or day guests) you are required to use our event management service, Hunter Concierge . They are responsible for managing many of the aspects of weddings/events at our properties. Their services include catering, marquees, decorations, transfers, port-a-loos, generators, security, portable cool room hire, guest transfers, garbage removal and excess cleaning. Midweek packages attract a 30% discount
If staying Thursday evening, checkout on the Friday is 10am.
The prices above are subject to change due to annual tariff increases, public holidays, Christmas, Easter, New Years and concert weekends.
All accommodation terms and conditions apply to the booking including a refundable bond of $3000 and guest registration. All events must conclude by 10.30pm with all guests not staying at the property, off premise by 11.00pm Any accommodation bookings made do require the guest to be over the ages of 25.
